Lisa J. Rivitz is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who attended University of Chicago, graduating in 1987 with a Master of Arts in Social Work.. She received additional specialized training in working with people who have substance use concerns, receiving a Certification in Alcohol and other Drug counseling. She has a certification in EMDR therapy as well.
Ms. Rivitz has extensively studied the use of EMDR to treat trauma as well as other issues and continues to use this therapy to great success with a wide variety of client concerns.
I am in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Choice.
